I would definitely use this service again! I needed to have the carpets in my apartment cleaned before moving out, so I did some research online and decided to try out North American Chem Dry - so glad I did!
Mike was very friendly and helpful both over the phone and in person. He arrived on time and went through the apartment with me, room by room, to discuss any stains, the cost, etc. He worked quickly, but didn't seem rushed, and the carpets looked BEAUTIFUL when he was done! Literally, they were in better condition than when we moved in to the apartment (which my landlord noticed as well).
Also, whatever products they use on the carpet smell kind of fruity, which I really liked, because normally the carpet cleaning process reminds me of a wet dog or smells like straight up chemicals. The carpets also dry relatively quickly (about 2 hours), so that was helpful as well.
Overall, I had a very positive experience with this company and would definitely recommend using them! It sure beats renting a Rug Doctor and doing it yourself!
