First let me start by saying I have read all the negative comments on here, and cannot believe any of them. My husband and I were in late yesterday to ""look"" at cars. We knew our credit wasn't the best but figured we would give it a shot. Frank, greeted us at our car and made us feel very comfortable from the get go. We were a little skeptical because they were in a spot where a not so good dealer had previously been, but after seeing their inventory and talking with Frank we knew this was a very professional place. We put all our info out to him in the beginning and he assured us that he could help us out. Long story short, we left with our new mini van and very happy. We also feel we made a new friend in Frank and are super comfortable with him. All the managers and Frank stayed late to help us see our completion to the end, and I think that is shows great customer service. I will be buying from them again.
