Having been stationed in Iraq for nearly a year, my tour of duty was coming to an end and I wanted to make sure that I had a vehicle to come home to. After lengthy research, I found the car I wanted and the only way to get it was through Dream Cars Credit. I had never dealt with them before, but the other reviews led me to believe I was in good hands.
Buying a car over the internet half a world away wasn't something the crew at Dream Cars really specialized in, but they bent over backwards to make it happen. Within 48 hours time, I'd had the car inspected by a friend, and the full amount was mailed via cashiers check from my bank.
Upon my return, my car will be waiting for me at their lot and it's all thanks to Carlos and his hard working crew. I doubt any other company would have been as accommodating.
As someone who is a firm believer in the death of customer service, Carlos's team has lead me to believe otherwise. I still can't believe how easy the whole process was made, given the circumstances.
