Review content:
Following a conversation with them today, I was even MORE compelled to write. I have never had anything but WONDERFUL customer service with Suburban. I think the lady in the office was named Peggy. She's always friendly, helpful, and compassionate. My husband has been out of work for some time and they have always been empathetic and willing to allow me to make payments. They've been our propane supplier for last 10 years and wouldn't change it! They even came to the rescue once a few years ago when we (our mistake, not theirs) allowed our tank to run out. Perhaps the customers below would ""get further with honey than vinegar"". I would recommend this company to others!
