""If you're not happy, we're not happy."" Or so they say. After a routine service call, the tech told me I had a serious HVAC problem, stopped his work in progress, and was going to send someone else out to give me an estimate. He collected my money and went on his way. After talking with another person at the company, I complained that I never really got my unit serviced, so why did I have to pay? They apologized and said they wouldn't cash my check. Not only did they cash it, they never refunded my money. That was months ago.
