They have the worst costumer service I have ever had to deal with. Arrived 30 before the bus was to leave. Ticket lady didn't get there until 7today minutes before the bus left. Cash only that day but no signs stating this. She said she would hold the bus if I run to the ATM down the street. When I came back bus was gone lady looked at me and walked into the employee building without explaining what had happened
