I am a 25 year old college student and was taken advantage of because I drive a brand new 2011 Acura TSX. I went in for, what I thought, a $35 oil change max. Ended up with a $60 bill after they called me to confirm that it was okay that they use this synthetic oil. I politely declined and told them to back the car off the bay and to only use regular oil. They refused and stuck me with the bill. The under educated gentleman that works here swindled me and backed me into a corner simply because he was wrong and he knew it. I have never been more insulted by another human being more in my entire life. Shame on your business for your shady practices, and given the other horrible reviews I have a feeling your already receiving the Karma you deserve. I give you a F - - - on service and I will never return here ever again. Don't be fooled by the good reviews of this place, their probably the relatives of the owner pumping in counter reviews. I should have gone to Castrol Car Care off Northside drive, don't know why on earth i didn't go there to begin with!!
