At first i had signed my two dogs up for swimming only and no day boarding, all seemed fine at first then when the sun reflected on the pool, you saw how dirty filled with hair that floated on top, then the instructor over seeing the pool area, whined and complained about her job, there is a huge communication problem between everyone that works there. they don't deem to really care or even get excited about their job. then i day boarded, i dropped my girls off at 8;30 am picked them up by 3pm they went swimming and we soaken wet and had been left in the room all wet and no potty time . Terrible experience, they have a good concept, but not professional, no one seems to really care about what they are doing. Never again!
