I had a terrible purchasing experience at this store. I would not recommend to anyone that they rely on the ""expertise"" of the store staff as I was told that the software that I purchased would work on my computer and, when I discovered that it did not, was told that software cannot be returned once it has been opened (even though I had called within a half hour of purchasing it). Not being an extremely tech savvie person, I felt as if I was completely duped, and I tried asking the right questions and everything! While I love the Apple brand, I really hated my store experience here. Cons: distracted, possibly overworked, employees
