next to the one in Stonestown, this one also consistently disappoints with bad customer service from their genius bar.

Had occasion to attend a class at the Apple Store yesterday. The woman who taught the class was did teach me a couple of new things, which was good. I also received help buying miscellaneous supplies from their Genius Bar. I am most impressed with their customer service at the door. Because there was so much going on at the store, I could easily have been very, very lost. I instead got pleasant, professional, courteous service which I thought was exceptional. more

Love This Place 8/7/2008

The place was packed with shoppers. So when I grabbed my wireless keyboard and mouse and got ready to stand in line, a store attendant pulls me to the side and processes the payment with a small credit card reader. He then grabs a bag, puts the stuff in it. And suggests that he send me the receipt by email which I found very convenient because this was a business purchase. more

Apple Store!! 3/24/2006

Ipods- and apple books~ This store is the epitom of what apple is. This giant white/slightly foggy building is attractive on the outside as it is on the inside! there is tons of ipods an ipod nanos out for you to try and play with. There are lots of station for different accessories and lots of employees milling around ready to answer any questions. Upstair you will find all the programs and softwares that goes with apple platform. The people are generally knowledgable and really handy. The lines can get long, but they move pretty quick. I like that if you are a student- any type of student, you get some form of discount every time! Love it, Love Apple! more

Such a Fun Store 12/29/2005

I love going to hte Apple Store because theres so many computers, ipods, cameras, and electronics for you to test our or simply just to go in to check out the newest apple electronics. I like how the workers are friendly and they don't rush you out when you have been in there for awhile. Although there are sometimes long lines, they work quite fast. Its also better to purchase your ipod here because you could always go back to get your ipod fixed! more

Great Store 8/17/2005

I recommend this shop. Just drop by the apple store and use one of their display processors to browse online or send that e-mail you forgot to send before you left home/the office. there's also a big projector auditorium upstairs where one can sit for some apple lessons. Additionally, one can also purchase whatever apple needs one has. more
