Please do not rent from this company. There are very corrupt and will take advantage of you. I left that place cleaner and in better condition than when I moved in. I called for repairs to get done and took pictures of the poor maintenance issues for proof. Ridiculous stuff like the shower head being held to the wall by tape, holes in the wall covered up by tape, holes in the screens of the window covered by napkins with safety pins! Plus, someone in the office used the extra key to break in and steal things. When I confronted them about it, they acted like it was a burglar when there was no sign of forced entry. They refused to change the locks so I had to do it myself. My security deposit was $1200. I got less than $400 back. When I called to dispute it and asked for a list of the charges (which they have to provide by law), they accused me of harassment! They told me if I had a problem with them, I could take it up in small claims court. I have notified schools in the area to prevent future students from being taken advantage of. Please save yourself a living nightmare and do not rent from this corrupt company.
