AFTER FEW AGENTS SHOW ME ALL THE PROPERTIES THAT DOSEN'T FIT INTO MY SEARCH, I FOND NICK'S POSTING SO I CALLED JUST TO SEE FOR THE LAST TIME OR I HAVE TO STAY THE SAME PLACE. NICK WAS VERY HELPFUL ON THE PHONE. HE OFFERED TO SHOW ME THE POSTING VERY SAME DAY. HE SHOWED ME 4 PLACES AND REALLY NICE AND GREAT LOCATION. ALSO HE CALLED THE OWNER MAKE THE OFFER WORKS THE TERM FOR ME. NEXT THING I KNOW THAT I AM IN THE APARTMENT TWO DAYS LATER. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH! THANK NICK! YOU ARE THE BEST!
