Where do I begin? We called a month ago and got a quote for our July 2011 wedding. We were calling once a week with questions and were told they were open for our wedding date. We went to go see their party bus. Let me begin by saying that they run their ""business"" from the back of a UHAUL place. The ""driver"" shows up and when asked questions he didnt even know where their ""office"" was located. He showed us the party bus and the SUV and we liked them. We told him we wanted a contract to take home, he called the lady we had been speaking to n the phone. Some other woman, who we had never talked to, showed up in sweats! She was confused and didnt know what the hell was going on. Ten minutes after we left with a contract she calls us and tells us that they were not available the date of our wedding. This is the first we heard of this! We called thE following day 4 times and kept getting the run-around and never got a phone call back. I dont know what type of CIRCUS these CLOWNS are runnnig, but I do know that they made our decision for us. If we can't even get a phone call back how do we know they will show up for our wedding?! WE dont! In this economy they should learn to return clients phone calls! I mean, how hard is it! THIS PLACE IS A FRICKIN' JOKE! No office, no customer service, no brain!
