WHEN ME AND MY GUEST ARRIVED THEY SEEMED A LITTLE CONFUSSED AS TO WHAT SERVICE WE WERE TO RECEIVE BUT THEY QUICKLY GOT US ON OUR WAY SO THAT WASENT A BIG DEAL.WE HAD OUR MASSAGE AND WE WERE SUPPOSE TO KEEP OUR ROBES ON BUT THEY DIDNT TELL US THAT CAUSE ONCE AGAIN -THEY SEEMED CONFUSSED.WE GOT OUR FACIAL AND THEN MY GUEST GOT HER MANICURE & PEDICURE WHILE I WAITED CAUSE THEY HAD NOONE WORKING THAT COULD GIVE ME A MANICURE(BUT NO BIG DEAL) THEN AFTER MY GUEST WAS DONE WITH THE MANICURE & PEDICURE SHE WAS SUPPOSE TO GET A SHAMPOO AND BLOW DRY BUT DID NOT.. .SO THEN THEY SHOULDNT HAVE CHARGED $220.OO BUT THE GIRL DID AND I ASKED WHY AND SHE SAID CAUSE IT WASENT PUT DOWN AS A PACKAGE AND THAT THE HAIR WAS COMPLIMENTARY??? ON THE PACKAGE PRICING IT DOSENT SAY ANYWHERE ABOUT THAT BEING COMPLIMENTARY AND IF THAT WAS THE CASE THEN I SHOULD HAVE HAD MINE COMPLIMENTARY TOO!! THE RECEPTIONIST KEPT TELLING ME I DIDNT HAVE A PACKAGE FOR MY GUEST WHEN REALLY I DID CAUSE SHE ALREADY HAD EVERYTHING DONE THAT WAS IN THE PACKAGE EXCEPT FOR THE HAIR PART. THE HAIR WASENT NO BIG DEAL TO US BUT WHEN YOU PAY FOR SOMETHING AND THEN THE RECEPTIONIST CALLS YOU A LIAR AND ACTS LIKE YOUR STUPID THEN THATS THE PART THAT REALLY RUINED IT FOR ME- TOTAL AMOUNT FOR ME AND MY GUEST WAS ALMOST $400 AND FOR THAT PRICE EVERYTHING SHOULD HAVE BEEN EXCEPTIONAL AND ALMOST PERFECT AND I HAD PLANNED ON MAKING A APPOINTMENT FOR MY HUSBAND AND THEN ANOTHER FOR ME AND A FRIEND BUT JUST BY THE WAY THE RECEPTIONIST ACTED AND OVER A PETTI $20 I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK SO THE RECEPTIONIST JUST LOST THE OWNER A LOT OF MONEY AND I OWN MY BUSINESS SO I KNOW A LITTLE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HEADQUARTERS WAS HORRIBLE.
