I had an appointment with the owner who boosted a supposesed 30 years of experience but you certainly couldn't tell by her work. My highlights came out and brassy orange color probably because she seemed like she was in such a hurry she didn't let them process long enough she rushed through a hair cut that looked like something I could have gotten at great clips and then just flat ironed and texturized it enough to hide her mistakes but once I got home I could tell how bad it really was. Then she charged me $150 for it! I had to go a few days later to another salon to have it fixed never gonna make that mistake again.
