I'll start off by saying that I've been to all of the salons downtown ever recommended to me and have never been pleased. Either my color was good but the cut was terrible or the other way around. It seemed like no one listened to what I was trying to say. I went to Headquarters on a whim. I've always seen the building, but never went in. I'VE NEVER BEEN HAPPIER! Such a great experience!! Angel made me feel comfortable and confident without being overly pushy and really educated me on how to take care of and style my hair at home. My color and cut has never looked better. Everywhere I go I get complimented. Not to mention she is a complete sweetheart! A truly genuine person with a great personality and lots of talent!
Pros: talented and friendly staff, parking, great haircare products, late appointments if needed
Cons: can't think of any!!
