I have purchased 2 mazda 3's from Koeppel Mazda and my experience has been fantastic! I was helped by Francisco on both occasions and not only did he know everything about the car but was understanding to my situation and got me the most car for my money, all with a smile.
The service department is also great and has been for the 4+ yrs I have been a customer. They always explain to me what services are performed and don't push bogus maintenance like some other shops.
In summary, get your Mazda @ Koppel! You will be happy you did.
