I am sad to see these reviews. It must really depend on who your staff is. My sons have been there for summer camp and my son did Summer VPK there last summer. They have been wonderful with both of my sons and my boys love it there. Ms. Joy, the owner, has always been very receptive to my feedback. I would suggest if you have a problem, you go to her and let her know. I bet she would do something about it.
