A few years ago we purchased a RAID system due to the high level of fault tolerance. We had a major surge when lightning hit so close to the building it made our RAID server crash. We tried for hours to get it working again to no avail. We hired Secure Data Recovery Services to do a RAID recovery on our system. Our server downtime was under 3 hours. I was impressed with their quick action and response time and amazing techniques and understanding of RAID systems.
