Once the recovery process & I got my data back I remember it felt so much better knowing the information was now safe and secure, but prior to having the recovery process done I remember my brain racing at the speed of million thoughts per hour, I just couldn't stop thinking WHAT IF? What if I actually did a backup, would this would've happened? What if I can't get the data back, what would I do? and so on..Hard Drive and RAID Data Recovery Services Sacramento recovered all of the data and most importantly my Qicken files which would be just impossible for me to recreate. I had nearly all of my financial information on there along with important tax related documents. The recovery process was complex, but yet simple. After contacting them via telephone I dropped off the hard drive for diagnostics at their location. I got the diagnostic results back the following day and authorized the work to commence. The recovery dragged over a weekend, but overall took about 6 business days after the diagnostics to complete. I must admit, I was really nervous at first and just waited for the phone to ring hoping it will be some good news, so being anxious didn't help the time go by. I did get an email with a list of recovered files directory and a call from an engineer to verify the information once the processed was complete. I have my data back, I made another back up including a DVD backup of the most importing documents and files to insure I've done everything I can to maintain a ""plan b"" type scenario should this happen again. Hard Drive and RAID Data Recovery Services Sacramento did a great job and if it came down to it I would definitely use them again.
