I had a USB stick that got bent while in use and a lot of important files were stored on it. This was convenient to carry, it was always on me by my side & ready to use, so when it got bent my first reaction was to slightly readjust it and bend it the other way so I can quickly connect and copy out all the data. At first I was somewhat successful at getting it to detect, but that was only for a few seconds as it would immediately become unrecognizable. Giving up hope in doing it myself I contacted Hard Drive & RAID Data Recovery Services San Jose to seek professional advise. After having the diagnostics performed on the media I authorized them to continue and perform the recovery. Overall I was in and out within a week time frame.
