I came across CapWest online when I was searching for a loan. They were advertising discounts for Costco members. I saved $400 off their bank fees because I have an executive membership. Random fact - the guy that helped me do my loan at CapWest also shops at the same Costco I do in Overland Park.
Originally I was going to get another 30 year loan but found out I could do a 15 year for almost the same monthly payment. Process was smooth and everyone was super nice. I'd recommend with a doubt.
