Avoid this company at all costs. After PreApproving me for a loan, providing complete documentation, getting constant praise for staying on top of providing what was needed for my loan application, I suddently stopped getting responses. After 2 weeks of not hearing from anyone about the appraisal I had ordered I heard back that the loan officer I was working with had left the company. 2 more loan officers later I got denied for my loan. My ratios were good, my credit good, everything good. Simply because the house I was looking to move into was close to my existing house, they insisted that I get a non-owner occupied loan instead (even though I am moving into the house - multiple reasons for the move). A Non-owner occupied loan apparently has terms more favorable to the lender which starts with a requirement of 25% down. The last I heard from them was first that they were going to let the PMI underwriter decide whether to fund the loan or not and then a request for more documentation, most of which I had already provided. It has been another 2 weeks and I have not been able to get a response via email or get hold of anyone by phone. I have NEVER had such a horrible experience with ANY company before.
