Review content:
I did not get a courtesy phone call the day before to confirm the date or time of the move. I called the office for an hour straight on the morning of the move, because they were late arriving to my home (9am). I received a call at 9:30am stating they would be there in 25-30 minutes (10:25am-10:30am). The movers didn't arrive until 11am, 2 hours late from my scheduled appointment time. Not only were they late, but they couldn't load everything, although when I made the appointment, I discussed what I wanted moved and how many rooms they were moving. When I received my bill, it was higher than expected, because of hidden cost. When I spoke to the manager/owner he was very unreasonable and rude. The movers were respectful, but very unprofessional; sagging pants/shorts, no uniform, smoking on the job, cursing (and my children were around), not helpful in the unloading process, and I was very disappointed that they didn't lay anything down on my carpets during the move to protect them.
I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!
