As a hedge fund owner, I'm always looking for the best pricing quickly. The same goes for my staff's tech support. We've been with these guys for 5 years and time came up for renewal of our tech support and we went with a cheaper option to try. Not because we didn't like New York computer help, but just because I was price checking and found some cheaper places. I'm writing now to tell you that I'm an idiot to go somewhere else since I received a one-man show who wasn't professional or responsive at all. Then,, I found another place that didn't explain what they were doing. Needless to say, I went back to nych right away and will never stray again. Going to other tech companies made me realize how priceless and fortunate I am to find them. They are professional, well-versed, on-time, and truly care about my business.
Pros: top tech company
Cons: not the cheapest but well-worth it
