I've been using a tech support company for a year and wasn't happy - I felt like I had to call them non-stop of computer issues that weren't being fixed or continuous viruses popping up. So, I met with 5 other tech companies and this New York Computer Help felt like a fit right away and already 4 months since have been using their weekly computer maintenance service which has already saved me thousands in tech support since the last company. I haven't received any viruses due to their proactive protection and feel like my company is much more prodcutive for it.
Pros: Reliable, honest, cost-effective
Cons: wasn't sure they offered onsite support
