Our experience with Gilmore Heating and Air Conditioning was excellent, even better than what we were expecting. From start to finish, they were great. The salesperson didn't bore us with details that weren't relevant to us. He was open to hearing our questions and concerns. When we decided which unit we were going to get, we discussed the noise level. We needed one that was quiet as I am sensitive to noise and that was a big concern to me. We ended up up-grading and paying more for a better motor.
Before they came to install the unit, I asked specifically that there be no radio or smoking at or around our house. One of the installers asked if he could play music, and I told him no. He told me it was classical music, and I still said no. I thought that would be met with major attitude. But it wasn't. He was very polite, they all were very nice and as pleasant as can be. And when they took a break to smoke, they did it away from the house as well.
They were very professional, thorough and before they even got here, they called first, just as they were leaving to give us an accurate time of arrival. They would arrive on time, which was very important to us also. We have recommended them to several friends of ours. We plan on using them for maintenance in the future.
