I have used Chem-Dry of Washtenaw for years now with my rental properties and with my own clients. I think they are very knowledgeable, very professional, and very fair in their work. I recommend them all the time.
I have a small business myself, and I feel that there is always going to be someone out there with a nicer product, or a cheaper or more expensive product, but it is the service offered that is going to make the difference with the customer. The service is what will bring them back and make them feel like they are getting what they want. Chem-Dry of Washtenaw really caters to and works with the individual. They are not bottom-line driven; they are service-driven.
