This is a high traffic area surrounded by the kitchen, deck, and garage/laundry room area. The carpet has heavy traffic and is used by three young boys plus a dog. Soooo, it gets pretty gross. Their magic bubbles made the carpet spotless. We know who to use in the future! Thanks ChemDry! more

Professional, thorough, outstanding results! 7/12/2011

Our off-white berber carpeting is 13 years old, and until ChemDry's visit it was really showing its age. We couldn't believe how fresh it looked right after it was cleaned; we're even more impressed now that a month has passed and the carpet *still* looks great. We highly recommend this company. more

We were interested in a more environmental and pet friendly carpet service. Chem-Dry came through. The technicians were thorough, professional and fast. They cared about and listened to our concerns and took the time to answer all questions. Our carpets look and smell great, dried quickly and we were back to our normal routine within hours. I've tried the Rest, now I've found the BEST!!! 6/23/2011

My carpets are cleaned twice a year because of traffic, lots of dogs (and doggie accidents), and house guests. Waited two weeks to review, as stains often reappear. Not this time! Top notch job, Brian and Matt were extremely professional and courteous technicians! Joe, the owner, even came to finish up the chintz upholstery, it was a big job! But they did not rush and everything looks great and smells clean too! Thanks GUYS! more

Consistently Great Work! 6/19/2011

I had previously used various steam cleaning companies for my carpeting and upholstery, with mixed results. Then a couple of years ago, a friend recommended ChemDry and since then, I have never called anyone else. With steam cleaning, the carpet is left quite wet, and as it dries, old stains lift and return. There is also a feel of residue left behind. With ChemDry, there are no surprise "stain hauntings" and no residue. What you see when the workers leave is what you get: clean carpet and couches, plus a wonderful scent throughout the house. The workers have always been punctual and friendly, too. I have recommended ChemDry many times and will continue to do so. more

Excellent Service / Excellent Results! 6/17/2011

I hired Chem-Dry of Washtenaw to clean my family room carpeting which had not been cleaned in 3 years. I have 3 boys, multiple pets and lots of stains/smells in this high traffic area. Chem-Dry called before coming and was able to fit me into their schedule 1 hour earlier, and my carpet is fresh and clean again! The personnel were clean, neat, courteous and professional. Will definitely hire again for next time. more

My wife and I recently bought a house and needed to move in quickly to avoid renewing our lease on our apartment but the carpet was extremely dirty. We actually were considering replacing it altogether but decided to try to clean it first. Not only was Chem-Dry was able to work with our schedule but the service and result were amazing! We saved thousands of dollars by letting Chem-Dry work their magic and we recommend them to EVERYONE! more

A service-driven company. 11/24/2010

I have used Chem-Dry of Washtenaw for years now with my rental properties and with my own clients. I think they are very knowledgeable, very professional, and very fair in their work. I recommend them all the time. I have a small business myself, and I feel that there is always going to be someone out there with a nicer product, or a cheaper or more expensive product, but it is the service offered that is going to make the difference with the customer. The service is what will bring them back and make them feel like they are getting what they want. Chem-Dry of Washtenaw really caters to and works with the individual. They are not bottom-line driven; they are service-driven. more
