The BEST!!!!!!!!! Incredible job!!!!!. My carpet now looks brand new! It's perfect!!!! I was embarressed to even call about getting it clean- there were so many stains, and it was really dirty- thought I should just have it replaced,?Jean Fletcher , my real estate agent referred me to Steam Machine. She has used them over 40 time and she said she was never let dow. I WAS ALSO not let down, these guys are the best. I do give Steam Machine a 5 star rating , HANDS DOWN!
