Hi, After renting a house for two years, the carpets were a dirty mess. The owner said that he would need to keep our security deposit because he needed to replace the carpets.
I contacted Tom at Steam Machine, he told me that the carpets could be cleaned without a problem, but I would have to pay a extra amount because of the amount of work needed to bring these carpets up to our landloards requirement. They were a mess...
The estimate was $275, plus a extra $100 for extra chemicals and cleaning.
Our landloard could not get over how great the carpets cleaned up. He was happy because he did not want to have to replace the existing carpets. So we were able to get our $1475 deposit back without delay!!
Thanks Tom and Steam Machine, You came through when we needed this cash....
