Hello Everyone!
I could go on and on about their professionalism (such a pleasant surprise from other cleaners), Ken's thoroughness (every square inch was attended to), and his knowledge of his field (I dare you to find a question they can't answer!), but what you really want to know is, ""Can they clean dirty carpets?"" In a word? ""You-bet-your-sweet-bippy!""
I did purchase the Scotch Gard special for $60 (whole house) others wanted up to $175 for some knockoff carpet protector. What a great deal, I did my home work and 3M Scotch Gard does indeed protect my carpets fibers against spills, trust me, with 4 kids and 2 dogs and a part time cat, the stuff really works against staining.
