I had done business with them for over ten years. Their customer service has declined and the general manager doesn't seem to care. Sign said $1.49 sq.ft installed ANY carpet, but that wasn't on mine! And they have overcharged me two times this year. When called on them it, it was someone elses fault and I never saw a refund. The first time I ate it, the second time has led me to tell everyone I know. GO to Haynes or somewhere else, don't let Anthony Patternight lie to you too!
Pros: They are great at lying with a smile.
Cons: customer service is awful!!!
