We have an old expression in medicine: "If you wonder what the patient could possibly have wrong with him...listen to the patient."
Manny and his also experienced-intelligent co-worker simply drove & listened to a 10 yr old truck and listened to the owners description of symptoms. They kept the vehicle for 2 days and determined the root problem WAS NOT the transmission. They referred me back to the original garage, confirmed: electronic & Fixed. NO Charges from Dynamic...I'm still in shock.
