I suspected my 2003 Lincoln LS with 130K+ miles needed a new transmission when it started hesitating and banging into gear. I found Dynamic online and was impressed when Manny promptly answered my e-mail query. Manny promised me a free estimate, and I indeed needed a rebuild. His estimate was the same or lower than 2 other shops, and what convinced me was his honesty about the pros and cons of investing in a 9 y/o vehicle, and his always prompt communication by e-mail or phone, thus I didn't mind my 25 mile trip to drop off and pick up the car. The work and amount of time ended up a bit longer than expected because of the car's complicated on-board computer. He tried to update the software but had to replace the computer, at no extra cost to me. Despite all the extra work, the price was exactly what he had originally quoted. I just returned from my free check-up and adjustment which is required by the warranty (by the way, two years instead of the standard 12 months) and the car is driving beautifully. Manny and his entire staff are polite, promtly responsive and obviously take pride in their work. I strongly, strongly recommend Manny and Dynamic Transmission Center for any and all transmission problems and service. These people know how to run a business and care about their customers. Well done, and thank you!
