I'm Pete. My wife and I own the Meineke in Denver, NC. We performed a state inspection on the above reviewer's vehicle, and found some loose suspension components- the ball joints. During the state inspection process, when performed properly, occasionally a safety-related problem may be found with a vehicle that may require attention in order to pass inspection. We are required by law to fully check a vehicle, and we just can't sell a customer an inspection sticker without checking a vehicle. Our customer always has the option to have their vehicle repaired either at our facility, themselves, or any other facility of their choice.
