Review content:
We had a leak under our kitchen sink. The service tech was personable and got right to work. The leak was peroidic and difficult to pinpoint. He took care of several things that could have been a source of the leak. The charges were reasonable.
A few weeks later, our water heater went out on a Saturday afternoon. I called,and I was told that a tech would be at my house at about 8:30 Sunday morning. ISSUE: However, nobody showed up at that time. I called RE the status and spoke with Henry Valdez. He told me that nobody had informed him of our call but he would come as soon as he finished his current job.
Henry was there in about 40 minutes. He did great work and completed the job quickly. He let me watch and taught me about what he was doing. He gave good instructions as to how to operate the water heater and problem solve. Great guy. I'll ask for him by name next time.
