The doctors who cared for our cat were honest, informative, and did their best to care for our cat & help us to make informed decisions about what we had them do. I felt that they treated us & our cat with respect & caring & sensitive politeness. Yup, you're upset when you come here. It's a trauma center. But... in response to the reviews below... they are there to care for your pet and the other animals who are there, not for your emotional state. Sensitive, yes; there should be politeness!! But I prefer my doctor to be over-informative, so that I don't feel ripped off, rather than to coddle me & take advantage of my ignorance of animal-medicine. And, really, I'm sure it felt awful to hear them laughing; but you don't know what they were laughing about. Maybe it was about the euthanizations; maybe they'd already had to kill ten animals that morning, and were all about to fall over crying, but had to do something to pull it together to take care of your suffering pet?
