From the minute I walked into the showroom, I felt comfortable. No pushy salesman just someone ready to help. I went there on a whim wondering if I can turn in my lease early. I literally had 30 months left out of a 36 month lease. Did I do the smartest thing I ever did? I doubt it. But I was able to get into a car I actually liked for a few bucks more than thte lease I already had. With a little confusion, they made it happen. From the first conversation with Tony Canzone to talking with Bob the manager and then Marty the general manager, they all treated me with respect. I dont like formal situations where they talk like youre going to have major surgery or something. We were on the same pages all the way down to financing where that too was actually a fun experience talking to her ( I forgot her name but we actually laughed and had a good time) All this matters to me. In my lifetime I have purchased 21 new cars between me and my wife and this experience was the best. I hope the customer service continues when I take my car in for service. Oh I didnt mention, they even give you donuts and coffee! lol
