Review content:
To potential customers: I would not recommend going to this store. The customer service is horrible. The previous post is right: you will get burnt. Might as well drive the extra few miles to Fish Room and be happy! Inexperienced and defensive manager will ruin your experience as well as the poor staff training.
To the manager: It's really a shame... Everyone I talk to speaks of the horrible customer service they receive. Customer service? That's the backbone of a local fish store! The prices are cheaper online or at petco, but people will pay more for the locality of a store they can trust. If you take away the helpful advice and the customer service, you're left with an expensive store doomed to fail. I would hope that rather than get defensive, ask yourself- why do people feel this way? Once you acknowledge your flaws then you can improve. However if you continue to defend your store you will be doomed to fail as all your business leaves. Remember, the saltwater business isn't about new customers. It's about keeping the old ones.
Pros: nice looking frags/show tanks
Cons: poor customer service, bad manager
