II have been going to down under for almost a year. The first time I went their they spent 1 and a half hours with me helping me to decide what corals would be best for my set up. I bought nothing that day. They were very nice and willing to help me with whatever questions I had. The next time ?I went in and bought some corals and fish. They have been in my tank for almost a year and have had no problems what so ever. They have kept my tank healthy with all their advice and I haven't lost a single Fish or coral since buying from them. They always ask how my tank is doing when I come in to the store. The Manager is always wonderful and so is all her staff. I am always willing to travel to Garner from Raleigh just for the peace of mind that I am getting good product and advice. If they don't know a answer they will find out for you to the best of their ability. They offer great products, Fish , corals and water . I would highly recommend this saltwater store to all my friends and family. I never have had the costumer service from any other store in the surrounding areas. Hey don't just take it from me though. Go to the store meat the staff and enjoy the atmosphere. You will be quite impressed with the fish the corals and all the products you can get there.
