Businiess name:  Down Under Salt Water Fish

Review content:
The store has really gone down hill after the new management. The fish I have bought have been in poor health and 1 even died within days of introduction (keep in mind the tank has been set up 20 years with not a single untimely death in that time!) I contacted the manager to be told the equivalent of it wasn't their problem as it was alive while in their store. Several other enthusiasts report similar events most notably chronic cases of ich coming from the fish. The employees are hit or miss. Some are quiet helpful (possibly the only pro), while others obviously lack in knowledge and will sell you the wrong fish if you let them (don't bother asking if it is reef safe or not). I also found their RO/DI water to have a TDS of 6-7. Wouldn't trust personally. Also, to the review below: TDS of 7 killing fish?!?! Tap water has a tds of 120-130 and fish can live in it (although not recommended). Saying the fish are alive means nothing! Once again another example of the lack of knowledge. Pros: They have fish Cons: Fish in poor health, bad management, low selection
