My family and I have been going to this Dr's group since we moved here in 1991. I have never had a problem with any of the personnel. They are bright, cheerful, and caring. IN fact one of the reasons for my loyalty is that the scheduling staff really tries hard to work a person in. I have watched as the greeter opened doors for those who could not do it themselves. I have seen the staff walk the elderly to their car under an umbrella when it rains. The waiting rooms are bright and airy, and there is a significant amount of space devoted to children. Sometimes you do have to wait for the doctor, but that is because he/she will spend the time needed in order to get you feeling better. The most important part of this group is that if I can't see my doctor (Overman), then I feel confident in seeing any of the PAs or the other doc's who work in her place. The paperwork is always up to date, and when I donated a kidney several years back, my doctor was able to provide much needed information to the transplant specialist who said that it was the best medical information that he'd ever received from the giver's doctor. I don't know whether they are taking any new patients, but this is the place to go if you can get in. It is worth your time, energy, and patience.
