If I could give this rating negative stars, I would. NEVER take your pets here!!! We took our dog after thinking she had a slight fever. After tests and HUNDREDS of dollars, we were told she is in a good bill of health and there is absolutely nothing to worry about . Ignoring our concerns and having our dog for 15 years we know when something isn t right. Obviously, you would think that you could trust that a veterinary clinic who claims they are simply the best would recognize when an animal is not well. Ignoring our pleas to double check her, they sent us on our way and 30 minutes later we were burying our dog. She was perfectly fine and we had nothing to worry about Our response from the receptionist when we called wanting an explanation? well, it s looks like your dog was sicker than you thought? Huh? Compassion, customer service, knowledge, skill, and down right common sense is something that this place clearly doesn t have. If you are thinking of going here, let me tell you how devastating it is to hold your dog you were told is completely fine die in your arms without any explanation whatsoever. Do not go here!!!!!!!!
