I have had multiple dealings with Advanced Energy and the only reason I can imagine the above review is that a competitor who is getting their butt kicked by the excellent service and competitive pricing is trying to create negativity.
I have had them install heating solutions in my very old house as well as an old commercial building. Both required knowledgeable people able to use their creativity to design an appropriate and affordable solution and be willing to take on the job. Some companies just want the easy jobs-new construction or newer houses-not the jobs that require work, good design and planning. Advanced Energy will work with you on any job.
Their service is generally excellent. Prompt, courteous and professional. We had a water heater fail on a weekend while in the process of choosing what type of heating system to have installed and they came out and installed a temporary heater so that we did not go a day without a hot shower. This also meant that we did not need to run out and buy a water heater that we ultimately did not need.
I can not imagine a better company to deal with.
It is a shame, if the above poster had an issue, that they did not give AE an opportunity to resolve it. This company will bend over backwards to make sure you are satisfied and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
