Review content:
Incompetent and uncaring. They sell expensive and complex heating/cooling systems, but most of their techs don't know how to install or maintain them. Last winter, it took them 3 visits over two weeks to get our heat working properly, and they just didn't care. One guy had no idea what to do so he replaced the thermostat and took off.
