I just had a vinyl picket fence installed in my yard. The installation was scheduled for a Friday since we would be out to town until Thursday. I specifically told Erik this as we have dogs who would have spent the day going crazy with workers in the yard all day. When we returned home on Thursday, they were well into work and had been at my house for hours with no notice. After a second full day of working (I was told by the salesman that it would take one day), there were a few things that needed to be completed including the installation of a final panel due to some missing parts. We were assured that they would return and finish it first thing Saturday morning. That entire day we received no calls and they didn't show. On Sunday, they called and came out around 1 to finish the work with plenty of excuses for their absence the day before. Again, there were complications and missing parts and we were assured that they would return Monday afternoon to finish the job. Monday and Tuesday both, no call. Finally on Wednesday morning, I called and spoke to Erik directly. He informed me that he was told the job was done and promised to send a worker ""right away."" Five hours later, the worker arrived and again tried to cut corners. In the end the job is done and the fence looks nice, but it was more hassle than it's worth dealing with this company. Save your sanity and go with another company!
