Helton's Wrecker Service has apparently upset a few folks. These people are neglecting to mention the reason behind why their vehicles were towed... We tow for each of the Police Agencies in Faulkner County and for several property owners who have established tow-away-zones. The rates we charge are established by these agencies and charged accordingly. Each of the reviews below were people who violated a property owner's tow-away policy or were arrested and had their vehicle impounded by a local Police Agency. They feel they should not have to pay to recover their vehicle, thus, we should not be compensated for our services. We don't seek out these customers and shouldn't be persecuted for the circumstances in which they find themselves.
