Everyone was very nice to work with at this company and the service was very responsive. Unfortunately, the company recommendated weather stripping on both my front and back doors. The problem was that the new doors have stuck to the weather stripping and mark up the front of the doors. I telephone the next day to inform them what had happen. They promptly sent out Mathew to touch up the paint. After leave the doors open for seveal days, to ensure that they had properly dried, I again shut them and the next morning the doors were stuck again to the weather stripping, only worse. They had left me touch up paint so, I attempted again to touch up the doors after removing the weather stripping, which cost $150.00. I now have doors with no weather stripping , which I can live with but, I now have doors that are defaced. The resoultion should have been that the weather stripping should have been removed and the doors taken back to the shop to be re-sprayed. This has become a mini-nightmare with unfortuantely doors that look like that need to be repaiinted becaues, the touch up does not match the shine of the rest of the door. VERY OBVIOUS and unfortuntely for new doors. Pros: Excellent Service Cons: Runied Door Paint
