Review content:
I call early this morning *Saturday) and received an appointment same day. Mat and Charles arrived.They shared how their company works, talked about satisfaction guaranteed. I told them the problem, the evaluated the problem and fixed it. After fixing the leak, they reviewed all my faucets, including in the garage and on the patio and fortunately everything was "good". I asked about some replacement fixtures for my bath tub and sinks in the master bath. They evaluated what needed to be done, and gave me a potential dollar figure. I said, I would think about it since it wasn't urgent and if I decide to have the work done I would certainly call. I also asked about some electrical work. They contacted one of the companies electricians and we set up an appointment to have the work done. Both Mat and Charles were professional, efficient, and they answered all my questions. They are also very pleasant.
